    And some arguments also never die ...

    In one of my AFLA issues, circa 1960's I believe, there is a letter to the editor emphatically claiming that electrical fencing has ruined the sport.

    No, what ruined the sport was the debounce and lock-out timing change instituted in 2005. :)

    I remember that. I believe I was visiting Charlotte at a national tournament. So many men running for chest protectors, so many heartbroken when they were sold out. ;)
