Request: Old FIE Rulebooks or FIE Congress Notes

Hello everyone,

I'm doing some research on the evolution of Sabre rules and am seeking to find old FIE Rulebooks. Do any of you by any chance have any scanned ones or can point me in the right direction?

I already have most of the american fencing ones and FIE congress notes from 1920s to 1940s but any more would really be helpful. I can read French.
