My club is hosting a RJCC this weekend and we need to get the tape dispensers to mark body cords. I am looking to buy one not borrow.

Anyone know where to buy and what they are actually called. Google laughs when you search body cord tape dispenser and fencing.

    Thanks

They are referred to as bag sealers. However, you need to modify the openings to be able to clear the epee body cords through it. At this late date, you're better off borrowing a pair

Bill from Leon Paul USA bailed me out on this. If you need one, they are called poly bag tape and sealers. Can be purchased from Walmart, office depot, office max and staples online. Actually purchased the one for RFC from papermart.com as they had them in stock and could ship in two days.

Try googling bag sealer. I call them bread bag tie machines but I think the correct name is bag sealer or plastic bag sealer.

That's the cord connecting the weapon to the reel. Some call them body wires instead.
