Thought this might be of interest. I've not checked other sources so you might care to do so. Also trimmed off lead in verbiage. Original may be French in origin:
    6. How to survive a heart attack when you're alone? The person whose heart beats bad because many people are alone when they suffer from a heart attack without help, and starting to feel weak, only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.
    7. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing several times and very vigorously. A deep breath to take before each cough and cough must be deep and prolonged, as in the production of spit in the bottom of the chest. Breathing and coughing must be repeated every two seconds and hold until the arrival, or until the heart starts to beat again normally.
    8. Deep breaths to get oxygen in the lungs and cough movements raise the heart and keep the blood in circulation. Pressure on the heart also helps restore normal heart rate. In this way, the victims of a heart attack can go to the hospital.

    1. If not from peer-reviewed source, recommend removal.
    2. If from credible source, recommend moving to "General Discussions".

As with most things found on the internet it's a toss-up for instance:
"But the American Heart Association does not endorse cough CPR. First of all, it can't be used to treat an unresponsive person because they cannot cough."
    https://www.heart.org/en/health-top...ergency-treatment-of-cardiac-arrest/cough-cpr
    or a more nuanced response:
    https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/cough-cpr/

So as I indicated originally user be aware.
