(Foil) For you, what is the most important (one) thing to do to make a successful attack? (Of course, there are many important things to do, but what is the most important.)

Attack in time, and in distance with ROW and hit on target without your opponent taking ROW from you

Simple and obvious as the answer is, I actually agree.
The most important thing is to score the touch. And there are many important factors, but you can't rank one more important than the other.
Timing, Distance, Tempo, Set up, Accuracy, Speed...
Work on what you need to work on.

I think each and every fencer has his/her own thing that they need to really think about to make a successful atack. It also depends on who you're fencing. One thing that I know that I really need to concentrate on is pacience. I need to wait to atack untill the distence/timing/ect. is right.

I already told you there's no one thing that's the most important. Fencing is about improving your whole game. What you need to work on is what's the most important.

Yeah... I know, I've always had trouble with spelling. It's just not my strong point. I'm not entierly sure how to turn on the spellchecker. I can do it in word, but my internet doesn't have one. *turns red, feeling stupid*

And yet it's a really good answer, which shows some issues with the question. There is no one magic thing that you work on and all of a sudden everything is golden. You need the whole package.

So if I ask you your favorite food will you say "Oh, there are so many delicious foods in the world, it is impossible to choose only one."

I didn't ask to make everything "golden". There are no issues with the question. It is very simple. I am asking you to prioritize.

Your question was more on the line of, "If you have to go without one of your important organs, which one would it be?" And without any of those important organs, I wouldn't be alive anyway -- so how can I choose?
