2008 Paris – Ota vs. Glonek

This is the final bout of the 2008 Men’s Team Foil competition in Paris. Japan’s Yuki Ota matches up with Glonek from Poland in an exciting bout featuring a great comeback in the last few seconds of the match.

BTW – Look for the kid in the stands swinging a foam sword.

I love seeing some good clean fencing with advancing/retreating, parry riposting and so on. This was a very good bout to watch and one that can be used for teaching. Thanks for posting.
