Absolute Elite Fencing Shoes
Starting on the comfort side there are ok. They could defently be better; they could use some more padding and whatnot.
For Fencing they don't have that great of a grip on the stip. I fence on wood but when I go to competions they are a bit better on the metal strips.
The fit is bad they are loose unless you lace them very tightly and then they hurt the top of your feet. I sure don't like to fence in these shoes all day.
Style: SUCKS these shoes are terrible they look like boats on your feet. The sides have sooo much padding, why?? They should have put that under the foot.
Value is the only thing I like about these shoes they are dirt cheap.
Quality: Bad they start to fall apart quite quickly but for their price not bad.
Summary: These shoes are good for the beginner fencer but if you have fenced for more than two years don't consider buying them. In all they are a great price for what you get. If you fence more that three days a week I don't suggest them. What else do you expect from Absolute?
