Bayonet Body Cord
He\'d use this cord. It\'s been left in the bottom of a stinky bag full of epee and sabre gear, stomped on by a half-asleep gorilla, and I\'m pretty sure at one point it was used to subdue a rampaging Sabreur.
Alex sent me one of these free almost a year ago, and except for suffering some of LPD (Leon Paul Disease) where the resistance hit ~8 ohms or so, it\'s been without flaw.
Tugged on, twirled, thrown, forgotten, and sweat-riddled, the cord has stood up and asked for more. I\'ll re-edit this again next year, when it\'s seen two years of abuse.
It\'s not the most expensive cord, it\'s not bulky, and it\'s not hard to fix. Why don\'t you own this?

I fenced sabre for about 2 years on two prongs, always buying the cheap BG body chords. They constantly broke, or I always had a whtie light on when I fenced. i switched to bayonett and decided that instead of wasting money on cheap body chords I'd buy good ones. I bought two last Christmas, and haven't had to buy any more since. They were a bit more expensive than the res on the market, however, they are well worth the money. The only upkeep needed is to pull back the boot every few months and tighten it up a bit. It takes all of 20 seconds.
