FIE sabre mask

Uhlmann quality continues throughout the line of clothing to include this mask. The one issue that I've had is that I've lost a rivet on one mask (replacable), and had a bit of mesh break on another (side of the mask, done in transit rather than in use). These are long lasting masks, but they're the one piece of clothing from Uhlmann that I've ever had a problem with. Then again, everything wears out eventually.

this mask is the sabre version of the 3 weapon fie mask Uhlmann makes. it has a great fit and looks great. it also seems to have a coating of some sort on the inside of the wire mesh to reduce the glare.

This masks is typical of Uhlmann products. They can take a beating and not have any marks or dents to show for it. After three years the mesh is in excellent shape and the bib has no snags, frays or dead spots. The only problem I have is that I cannot get it to fit as well as my Uhlmann foil/epee mask. They are the same size but not the same fit. I keep this mask for competition use only. I am confident it will pass inspection everytime.
