Fleche WIDE practice epee blade
I used these blades while I was learning epee until I had enough money to buy better ones. I went through perhaps four.
They are much heavier than the Leon Paul that I currently prefer which was good for strength training when I switched from foil and held their straightness fairly well. There is more flexibility than the standard fleche blade, but not too much. It does discolor fairly quickly.
I still use my last fleche wide as a back up and will probably buy another when it finally breaks as a day-to-day blade.
