This glove has the usual LPaul marks of high quality worksmanship. It feels fairly light and airy on the hand (much lighter and easier to flex than leather or suede). It's made out of some kind of suede or pseudo-leather on the front side of the palm and fingers, and on the back of the hand (see pictures). The rest of the material is stretchy and makes this glove a very different glove.
The back of the fingers is a two-way stretch material that stretches more sideways across the fingers than lengthwise along the fingers. Lengthwise stretch makes the fingers easy to bend. The fingers themselves are all long enough, and some like the little finger seem much too long and big inside for my fingers.
The sides of the fingers and the thumb side of the glove are built from 1.25 cm strips of very stretchy elastic-like material that expands to 2.5 cm when stretched. This stretchy side stuff is what makes the glove seem extremely roomy, because it's so loose and light and stretchy. I doubt you could ever have a snug or tight or binding fit in this glove!
Having said all this, the glove feels very roomy and comfortable, if a little awkward because of the long fingers and loose fit. I ordered a large to fit my large-size hand (other Large gloves fit my hand snugly), but I think I'd try to order a Medium (one size smaller if I had it to do over again). If you can imagine a "one size fits many" glove, this would be it.
