Combo Test Weight for Foil and Epee

I'm really disappointed in this product:

- It takes more than six full turns to remove or replace it - a real pain.

- The machining sucks -  the threads are so badly galled that it is difficult to remove or replace. The lathe chattered when tapping the threads, and it's the raggiest thread I've ever seen, with BB-sized chunks out of the threads. 

- They didn't clean out the threads after tapping the threads - it was full of chips. 

- It is stainless instead of brass, so about 30% larger than needed.

- It looks like they threw it in a bin with others - dents and scratches all over it, and the machinist was so sloppy that the stamped 500g marking is almost off the edge.

- It was shipped with no protection at all - not even a plastic bag to keep it from getting scuffed up. 

- The weight is actually heavier than spec., at 503/755g, so at least if a tip measures OK with it, you have some margin for error. That is, however, the only positive thing I can think to say about it.

Overall, I'd say buy a weight elsewhere - this one is pretty awful.
