a bit too tight i thought. It also seriously impaired my mobility. I was stiff for hours. Yet i prevented my ankle form ahing and gave some much needed support whilst lunging.

This is overall a good ankle brace. I had injured my ankle while fencing several months back and have since tried many different ankle braces to find the one that gives me the right amount of support without limiting my motion. This ankle brace does just that! However, it is a little bit on the expensive side for what you get.
