Chinese Practice Foil Blade

We got a couple of these for the club to use as loaner electric weapons as we were feeling cheap that month. After the first half of open fencing one had bent at a right angle about 3 inches down from the tip and would deform there after every hit and the other one snapped at about the same place.



Horrible, horrible blades.

Terrible. Disgusting. I can't begin. It wasn't worth the five dollars. They annoyed me too much to keep fencing with them. The lack of balance, unable to retain shape, and tip heavy. Don't waste your money. If you like this sport you'd treat yourself to a blade that is at least 15 dollars. Don't make my mistake. I bought three of them and one month later they were in the garbage.
