Uhlmann Fencing Socks

These socks are great for Epee. Having the additional padding in the front are very nice to absorb leg shots in Epee. They are a little more expensive than other socks.

Picked up a pair of Uhlmann fencing socks a few months ago. Promptly went back for more. My son, who has a drawer full of Addidas and brand x socks to choose from always steals my Uhlmann's whenever he can. They are very long--over the knee--and they don't fall down. They're padded in just the right places. Spend the extra bucks (I think I paid $15 or so a pair) and you'll never regret it.

These socks are amazing. The padding is great, they stay up, and they fit; I hate socks that bind your leg to much and leave that ugly imprint afterwards :P . Would be better if they have arch support, but these are good enough as they are!

These are simply the best socks that I own for fencing. I have had two pair for over six months and they get washed regularly. With that said, they don't fall down and have great padding in the front. I have taken a few hits to the shin by newbies and let me tell you that the extra padding really helps. They also wic away the sweat and dry quickly. Great socks for the value and I highly recommend them.

Uhlmann finds another great product in their socks. They are one of the few socks with shin protection on the market. They also are the longest and most comfortable to wear. Fencers should not leave the house without these things.

i love these socks. they are long so they won't fall down on you. they have padding in the front of the leg to protect you from hit to the leg. they also have padding on the bottom of the foot to cusion your footwork and lunges. i feel these are the ideal fencing sock.
