BG 3 Weapon 350NW Mask

This is a great beginners mask. It was my first mask that I bought and I still have it though it is time for a new one. I have used it for about two years at practice and competitions. One problem is that the metal dentrs really easy. I have had hits that glaze of and it still leaves a dent.



It is a great mask for someone that is just starting. The mask doens't win any style points. It looks like an egg and looks huge on my head.

The mask lasted me two years before it bit the dust. The bib seemed a little tight and hard after a while, not sure why the heck that happened. What eventually busted was the straps in the back, and the forehead restraint lost this foam insulator that helped it apply resistance against your forehad. The mask saw extensive fencing and was a decent, budget price. Great for beginers.

I have had this mask for about 6 months. The fit is snug and pretty comfortable. The only problem I see are the rivets. They have recently started rusting a bit on the inside of the mask. Overall, the mask is an excellent buy, especially when considering the price.

I have had this mask for quite a while now. I purchased it when my original mask fell apart the first year I owned it. I have been very happy with this mask I use it in both foil and epee events and it is still as solid as a rock. excellent for use by beginners or on the local tournament loop.

I've been using this mask for two years. I'd say it's wonderful for beginners. It's definately affordable and does not fall apart. Mine has began to fade from white to a slightly disgusting old yellow, but that's because I've used it a lot and sweat could have gotten around the bib from the jacket over time. I recomend this mask to any beginner fencers, it does not fall apart at all. It does slightly bother my throat though, a small tightning feeling around it. But, I think many masks are like that to an extent so I wouldn't take that comment to seriously. If you are starting to fence, this is the mask for you. It has an adjustable velcro strap in the back that I like much too.

i have found this mask to be one of the better masks for a beginner. it is not very expensive, durable, good fit, and comfortable. it does not have any design flaws that i noticed.
