Vniti Maraging Epee Blade

Have used my first Vniti epee for several months now, both in tournaments and for lessons. It is amazingly flexible. Some extra-aggressive opponents have insisted on throwing themselves onto its point, and at first these demonstrations caused me to grimace, certain that I would find a kink in the blade. Nope. Still true. And lately a nice helpful curve is developing near the top.
I don't feel like my point control suffers from this blade, but I am not an expert fencer.
I recently bought my second Vniti and re-wired the first.
Also, the name is fun to say out loud. Vniti Vniti Vniti.

I just got my Vniti and I'm very pleased with it. My only complaint whatsoever is that when it arrived we had to rewire it because it hadn't been glued down right.
Ok, so I've had my Vniti for a while now. I still love it. I have picked up a second one, too. I don't use brute strength when I fence (I rely more on point control, cunning, and speed) and I LOVE it. I keep my hand pretty relaxed except for when I'm flicking, so I haven't had and problems with point control. I'm also glad I have them, because I like to fleche. The Vnitis haven't taken any unwanted bends from this, which is really cool. They will take the bend I want when I bend them by hand, though. I've seen someone put an aweful bend in a FIE blade that made me cringe, by doing the same thing that I've done with my Vniti and my weapon didn't show any signs of it.
These blades are amazing.

These things are also tough... really really tough. I've put mine through alot and it is still in perfect shape.
The black finish looks pretty snazzy as well.

(Edit- June 21st '07)
Been fencing with mine since November. The only real trouble I've had with this blade is with the wiring and the tip, not about the blade itself. However, my fencing style has changed substantially, and I use different bladework. I find that the point often misses because of the extreme whipiness of this epee.
When I take a sweep to 6, or a circle 6, there is always point lag, and I always end up missing right outside of their arm. This doesn't happen with my BF. This blade is a good one, just not the right one for me. If you're considering buying this blade, analyze you fencing style. If you use alot of parries and beats, I would consider something stiffer.

All in all these are durable, flexible blades which actually use weight to an advantage.

as others have mention, this thing is a little heavier than average. I have used BG blue and STM maraging, both quite stiff blade, and have good feel of the tip. but when using this Viniti blade, I always feel that the tip is flying around, this is why I only give a 4.

The blade has been very durable. I use it for drills, target practice and giving lessons and as a loaner/backup for tourneys. It has taken a great deal of use and a little abuse in the 8 months or so it has been with me. It seems to be much more durable and less prone to bend, dent or nick than any of my other blades.
It is also the most flexable blade I have. It flicks very well, almost to well for me as it can be a bit wobbly after a hard beat. Vinti blades come with a wide range of flexability so make sure you ask for what you like or it can be a crap shoot.
While I will not say these are greatest blades by far I think they are awesome for club use and as a realiabel back up blade that will last a very long time.
