The United States Men's Sabre team took 5th place at a team tournament in Paris, France this past weekend.
The 5th place finish is the best this year for the United States and places the US team 9th in the FIE Team Standings. The US team is the highest ranked team in the Western Hemisphere, well ahead of 16th ranked Canada, and is almost assured an Olympic berth.
