this is an excellent photograph and is exactly what fencers world-wide should be doing. after a day like this, with the leg build up - from both the tidepool water resistence as well as the ankle deep footprints in the sand exercise, the fencer is ready for more medals. The name of the poster is what keeps him forever shifting and subject to the tides of time.
