strip problem HELP!!! ok I have a strip that is just bothering me, in sabre when the blades hit it goes on target, in epee when you hit one bell it goes on target and the same in foil when you hit the bells it goes on targer, i checked the wires and evry thing is ok no crossed wires, when i hook up to the box with the same equipment it all works fine. my question is where is the problem it only mess's up when it is all hooked up together -

Array It might help if you could identify the model of the machine.
Also, you say that the problem only occurs when everything is hooked together. Have you tried isolating the problem to just the machine by using jumpers at the floor cord sockets to simulate the various open and closed circuits produced by the various weapons? -
I have tried to isolate the problem and i cant find any thing wrong it only happens when it is all hooked up together and when i take the weapons and body cords to another strip it all works fine -

Array Have you tried switching just the reels, not the cords and does the problem follow the reel. Then try moving the cords. If they are a permanent install, just switch them at the box. Does the problem move. If it stays on one side, then it is most likely the box, then the suggestion for what brand is a very good question? Donald Hollis Clinton, Jr. DHCJr@juno.com

they are fixed reels and i switched them and the problem stayed on the same side, i am now guessing it is the box, it is an SG12 Similar Threads -
