Any senior Saber events in February or March in NY/NJ areas?

I don't know if you checked the various division web sites. You can get to them through the USFA web site. But like most divisions, they are doing Sectional Qualifiers at that time as far as I can see. There may be some club tournaments.

The NJ qualifier is 2/29. Don't know if that's closed to non-NJ division fencers, but you can ask by mailing tournament@njfencing.org or committee@njfencing.org

Qualifiers should not be open to non-Division members just by their nature. That is why I pointed out club tournaments. There are a lot of clubs in the area and many strong Sabre clubs.
