Oh, as someone exposed mine before already, mine's from the Chinese movie I think called "The Assasin". I like it because it's the stylised character for "sword" in blood red... thoug usu. it's PROPERLY, CORRECTLY written as: 劍

The radical on the left-hand side 僉, (rarely used):
Words 1. 僉壬 [qian2ren2], n., (AC) a despicable (mean) person (opp. 君子 a gentleman, a man of culture). [A 君子 is the kind of person, according to Confucius, one should aim to become. - PK]
2. 僉事 [qian1shi4], n., formerly, title of lower-class secretary in government office.
臉 with 'flesh' it's face;
儉 with "person" it's thrift;
險 with "land" it's danger;
殮 with death it's funeral;
噞 with "mouth" that which is above a fish's mouth, (rarely used);
獫 with "dog" it's a yellow-headed black dog, (rarely used); etc.
I had to look up the first and the last two in a dictionary...


The radical on the right-hand side 刃 is the character for dagger or [sharp] knife. This is not the CORRECT radical for this word. See above.

Man the Chinese need an alphabet. Putting those poor Chinese children through all that caligraphy. Don't get me wrong it is beautiful, it just isn't entirely practical.
