A while back Craig had asked what you would like to ask top level fencers in an interview. At the time I didn't have any input, but after reading his first interview I do have one question that I would like to see.

"Do you keep a fencing notebook? If so, what do you write in it?"

I hear a lot of talk about "fencing notebooks". I'm just curious, how that works at the very top levels.

I noticed that someone was interested in what diets top level fencers follow. I too am curious about that one.
