can a two prong be converted to bayonet. I have abunch of two prong foil sockets . the wires always seem to be breaking . I didn't have this problem when I used Bayonet cords , so im considering changing over to bayonets . is it possible to take bayonet plugs on two prong cords? -

Array One other thing to be aware of - most copies of Leon Paul bayonet plugs are such exact copies that they are sized to fit the Leon Paul wire. Unfortunately most other manufactuers use a slightly thicker wire, so you will probably have to strip the insulation from the ends of the wire before fitting them into the socket. This never quite works as well as the original Leon Paul wire where the screws pierce right through the insulation but it will usually hold up for a time. Tinning the ends of the stripped wires also helps. Similar Threads -
