    Fencing in the Azores`

Well, I got my orders so now it's off to the Azores. Does anyone know if there are any fencing clubs on any of the islands. I've been doing a lot of searches and can't find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know there is in Lisbon, but that's the closest I could find and naturally, that wouldn't be an option.

Oh come on, swimming's a good cardiovascular crosstraining option... low impact and all that. :)

True, but I could swim here in Florida too...

Besides, that's a few days a week, still have to fill up the rest of my time.

No fencing that I could find, but here's a nice link to other sporting challanges in the Azores.

You may actually want to look at the military website for your base, if there is a club it should be listed.

    Just a bit excessive...

I already checked what I could find as far as the base goes, but didn't find anything. The only other option would be if there's another person or two that fence. I'll have to look into that option also once I get there.
