| I'm 12 (soon to be 13). I'll help! My email is fencer890@yahoo.com! My parents know a lot about fencing, but they are busy and don't get on the computer a lot, so they wouldn't be of much help. |

| Guys, just a hint: don't put your e-mail addresses out in public. It might be fine for all the wonderful people on this board, but it also makes it a bit easier for the addresses to be harvested by spammers (maybe - ease of doing that varies board by board, website by website). Any little bit helps. Instead, private message to the person you want to give the e-mail address. That's a lot more private... Every little bit of spam avoidance helps....

| here's a hint:
there's a huge ammount of fencers in the teenage range, and a huge ammount of fencers who also happen to be parents of fencers on this board.
and most of them are bored.
and they'd all like to help you.
so, rather than answering the posts of the silly non-geek teenagers who are offering their emails up for the spambots, why don't you just... post the questions you have??
because, honestly, i don't remember the last thing we decided wasn't appropriate for the water cooler section.... |

| Goodday M'dam,
Me name is Viktor Ryzard Szot, Squire to Magnus MacGreggor Camble of the kingdom of meriedes. I to am in the SCA, but my devotions fall toward sport fencing.

| ok. so, Ms. Bahrs, don't ask us (especially the teen fencers and their parents) how modern fencing could be used in an industrial design project to be used for abortion clinics.
other than that, you should be ok. |

| Did anyone actually hear back from this person? I pm'd her out of interest as a fellow Industrial Designer but nothing. Something tells me she mightve abandoned this line of enquiry, or at least forgotten about it

| NOBODY expects the Spanish Inquisition!!
I didn't think we decided thongs were inappropriate so much as we decided that most people lacked interest in the whole butt-floss concept as a topic of conversation...
