I have a friend who's a D in sabre and on the points list. Last year in Austin he'd qualified for all four divisions. It is possible and there are a few people on the lists who are still low rated.

Hi,
I'm pretty sure the age restriction is the same for NACs which according to the entry form I have here is you must be born in 1987 or earlier.
