    Man, I know I just posted, but Jesus that's good news. That is really exciting to read. Well the fact that they're making a Hitchhiker movie anyway. I could care less that they're in Iceland. But I mean a Hitchhiker movie. I'm really beside myself right now.

    It took a while to interpret the horrible writing in that article, but it sounds like this guy has never even heard of the earlier BBC production, despite the fact that the image he has there is taken straight from it. Anyhow, it also seems that this is just a rumor of some sort, what with the source being anonymous and the website just hinting at it and such. I wouldn't get all exited just yet.
    If this post did not contain any sarcasm, it very well should have.

    As I recall, around the time of Douglas Adams' death, he was in talks with, i believe, disney, maybe mgm? about a movie. It was fairly far along, or at least that was the impressino i got. Nevertheless, his death but a bit of a crimp in it all because he was no longer there to ensure quality/creativity/whatever it is he did. I hope that the project gets revived, but it has to be well done!

    No I don't think it is a rumor I found someplace else (can't remember where, it was hours ago) a listing of the credits (the supposed director/producer, screenwriter).
