Advertise The Live Chat?

I've been camping the old live chat room in irc. I was just thinking maybe you could advertise the fact that it's there a little more. After all if talking via forums is fun don't you think maybe people would enjoy real-time conversations. There is almost never anyone on. And I've watched about ten people the past few days go into the room and leave. No one stays long enough for another person to come in before they leave so no one realizes that if they just wait a bit someone who wants to type at them in real-time might join up.
