yea it is just take a hammer and a strong screwdriver and place the rounded end on the dent and hammer it LIGHTLY until it is back in to proper form.

After you hammer out the dents, be sure that the mesh is still strong, otherwise the mask will fail punch tests and/or you will get impaled if a broken blade hits the weak spot.
