Unfortunately, women make up only about 35% of the USFA membership. (Guess people now understand my reasons for increasing women's participation in the sport...vote pandering.)

Eric is TOTALLY right -- this is a position that you do not actively lobby for, but one in which you are shanghaied for --it is what it is that the outgoing adminstration thinks that it should be.
