Pictures of French Epee setups

Hi all,

I have heard a lot about how various world champions, and others of such calibur, bend their tang / grip for their pommeling styles, such as Paulo Milioni's pistol-like setup. I was wondering if any pictures of these are avaliable?

Additionally I have been told their is a thread that discusses the hows and whys of Milioni's setup, but I am unable to find it here.
