Yeah...same here. Am I just being more blind-snake-bite than normal?

to Christopher Umbs et al. My wife, the internet genius, found the e-mail. WWW.freemail.fencingmail.com. Where would we be without them. A link would be nice, though. Happy New Year.

looks nice but i think that the side bar might be too big and over empowering the page
Fencing will always be a "for love of the game" sport.

I need a good arse kicking to get better, faster!

    Wow! Great re-design!

I'm also against a floating menu by the way.

I like the main site, but when viewing the forums, the menu on the left is hogging a third of the screen. Could that menu possibly changed to a pulldown menu at the top of the screen?

Its great! I like it a lot. But, when you set the style to horizontal, it goes back to the old disign. Sorry, if thats been posted before.

Setting the style to "Horizontal" under the "Edit Options" link in the "User Control Panel" gets rid of the pointless waste of space taken up by the navigation selection links placed in the left-hand column.

Good website design should focus on the content, not navigation or other fluff.

I've figured out why the pictures at the top aren't aligning properly. The thing works perfectly fine when I'm on the site anywhere but the forums. However, when I have the window maximized as I normally do and am browsing the forums, I get this.

    http://www.greatdave.org/fdamv/bg.jpg

See, when browsing at a 1600x1200 resolution, the fencing.net logo is no longer centered. However, I'm not even sure if this'll be a common enough problem to be worth fixing.
If this post did not contain any sarcasm, it very well should have.

Looks great much easier to use. I have on other suggestion could you put all the drills and lesssons together in one file as well as seperating them. Kind of a print all or view all option.

    My reply

Hi. It's been about 5 weeks since checking in with you guys. The board looks very good, very "Fency" I like it a lot. When I logged in, my immediate response was "wow" and also...OH NO!!! not another change, [insert cry emioticon] personally rejected. However, time moves along, things change. [you're pretty good]. I'm supposed to go to fencing tonight, so only one or two most posts.
