Array ooh...peachy idea, Darion! That could give some newbies the "low down" too! "Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind."

Array Aye very good idea Darion. Or just a sticky of character bios if a complete other section is too much or not doable. I know I have trouble keeping everyone and everything straight. Not just personalities and such, but hair color, eye color, you name it.
phooey Blade? "Wars may be fought with weapons, but they are won by men. It is the spirit of men who follow and of the man who leads that gains the victory." - George S. Patton -
I don't like the idea of the place moving
I like it here on "fencing.net" Heart, Faith, Steel..

Array Why not put the character bio section in your own profile. You type up a thread, someone needs to check soemthing, they click yoru handle, bamm the history of you character. -

Array *grins* I've got one of those in my profile. Everything you really, really need to know about my characters.
Crin: red-headed, quiet, severe. Falcour: quiet, poised, madly in love. Talmour: drunk.
See?
*runs off to bother somebody else*
Crin I've got a theory. It could be bunnies.

Array Talmour: drunk
Yup, that's all I need to know.
I guess I should slap one of those on my prof. "Wars may be fought with weapons, but they are won by men. It is the spirit of men who follow and of the man who leads that gains the victory." - George S. Patton -

Array If you look back over some of the older threads, you will find a thread specifically for characters.
Personally, I prefer that there be one specific area for profiles of the characters. It gives a good venue for others' curiosity (to see just who's involved) & it's a good way for new people to get one good grasp of everyone involved, in case they want to throw someone different into the mix.
That probably made no sense, so I think I'll go take a nap before I start writing my queries. ::sigh:: selling the book is one of my most unfavorite things. "Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind."

Array So when do we actually move? It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us the freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protestor to burn the flag. - Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC -
