Tapes/DVD from Cuba?

Can someone refresh my memory?

Are there tapes or DVDs to be had?

Did I miss the opportunity?

I am waiting on the masters for DVDs of the 2003 World Championships. The sample footage that I've seen is very professionally done and similar to the 2002 DVD, but with better graphics, etc. edited into the post production.

What I have will be the Individual Final and Team Final with individual semis from some of the events.

I'll post more as I have a chance to see and review each DVD, but I'll have all 6 by the end of December - hopefully by the 20th. (Not in time for your Christmas shopping, but in time to spend the grandparent checks in Jan!)

I have rough cuts from Women's Epee and Men's Foil. I'll try to get some video clips up soon from that to give you an idea of what the DVDs will have.

We'll also work on the rest of the 2002 World's and have that out Jan or Feb. (Hopefully by JOs)

I have the tapes. I am making the transfer from PAL to NTSC.

The problem I have is that my receiving VCR is not doing a good job. It's kinda fuzzy and the resolution loss is tremendous. I might have to do something else (bring down my other VCR, or something).

Because of that, and a bunch of other things, it's kinda being delayed at the moment. Oh well.
