Charm City Classic

Reminder

This weekend, the annual Charm City Classic tournament will be held at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. It will feature Mixed A Open and Mixed E Open events for all three weapons. Last year we had over 200 entries, a number that we expect to surpass this year, as a number of fencers will use this tournament to warm up for the Palm Springs NAC.

Saturday, 12/6
9am Open Foil
12pm Sabre E
2pm Epee E

Sunday, 12/7
9am Open Epee
12pm Open Sabre
2pm Foil E

All are invited to attend. Equipment vendors will be present.

Due to the developing weather condition, we have decided to cancel the Charm City Classi tournament this weekend. We will attempt to reschedule the event in the spring.

As many people are probably aware, the Washington-Baltimore area is potentially going to get hit (if not already) in the next day or so with some snow and icy weather. Unless the weather is so severe, this will not delay the Charm City Classic -- we will still adhere to the schedule. So, please, exercise good judgment and leave plenty early to take into account any potential traffic delays or poor road conditions. Registration will be kept open for a reasonable amount of time... but please try to arrive timely.
