Has anyone ever used Viktoria shoes? Whats your opinion of them?

I used to fence with a girl named Viktoria. Don't think her shoes would fit me. I'm sure they were cute though.

I bought a pair recently and am pleased. They looked a little flimsy at first sight but are standing up well, and you should bear in mind the reasonable price (39P in London) ; they are nice and light. I find them comfortable and a wide enough for people with straight toes. The sole is narrower than on your typical squash shoe or sneaker and this I find a boon, especially for the back foot.

In my family we use both the addidas D'artagnan and Viktoria fencing shoes and our experience of the Viktoria shoes are as follows:

Pro:
- broader fit than addidas
- cheaper

Con:
- sole wears quicker than addidas
