Array Michael Jackson? Will they get him this time?
California law has changed since his first situation in 1993.
There is a good chance that this could stick if- or when proven.
When a charge has been made(in this type of case) its required for the party to testify. In the case of a minor, in these types of cases, its usually by videotape. If the party were to decide not to pursue the case and settle for an out of court settlement. The state of California can still pursue the case.(seek conviction) It would be the :

Array ? It will be interesting to see if the alleged victims family hold fast to the statement they made in regard to their intent on pursuing this case other than for the obvious harm and anguish the alleged incident has caused to their child and family. Basically they're saying they seek justice and not money. -

Array I for one hope they catch him. He sickens me. I'll elaborate later. "Wars may be fought with weapons, but they are won by men. It is the spirit of men who follow and of the man who leads that gains the victory." - George S. Patton -

Array opinion I know there is a lot of opinion out there about this man.
He has put himself in this situation by unexplained statements(concerning children) from his own mouth outside of the charges from these alleged acts.
Its hard to believe considering the 1993 incident that any parent could and WOULD knowingly allow their child to visit Neverland and be alone with this man.....but....he has his fans.......still.......
and there are those that apparently still trust him. Why? ......I dont know.
Would you trust your daughter to ride with Ted Kennedy late at night with them alone on a back road somewhere; 10 years after he ran off in a lake causing a woman to drown ;after knowing he didnt report it until many many hours later???????????????
I dont fault him for being strange......thats his right......he certainly can afford it. Although they are reporting he's in debt around 200 million dollars worth. Plastic surgery, one glove, particle mask, i dont really care about these things.
However, I do care about the justice system being equal across the board for everyone. I know there are circumstances that handicap the poor....such as court appointed legal representation that is free. Some may argue that , "free advise is like anything else free. It it cost nothing, its worth nothing".
Then their are those that can afford the best money can buy and
there's always the doubt when all is said and done- did they buy
their freedom?
Something tells me Michael will not be able to buy himself out of this jam. Money may only buy him time and the clock may be ticking.

Array Jackson is a son of a "female dog". After what happened ten years ago he still has kids over at his place and he still share his bed with them. He is big liar too. If any of you saw the abc interview with him you will remember all the lies he told like how he has only had 2 surgeries and that those surgeries were not cosmetic but medical and that they way he looks is completely natural. This guy is all things in one, a molestor, a freak, a homo, a pervert and a liar. The thing that really annoys me now is that his trial will be in the news everyday for the next 6 months to a year until he is jailed. And they dont put child molestors in white collar prisons......He is going to get messed up bad in prison and he won't have access to his make up and skincare stuff so he will look like the living dead.
Anyone care to guess what once solid punch would do to his face? -

Array They outta get him this time... he's got nothing left... his career is shot, his reputation is already long since ruined, and he's nearly bled all of his fortune dry... there won't be an undisclosed '15-40 million dollar' settlement this time.
as a coworker of mine put it oh so nicely, 'there's nothing more profitable than to be a teenager... either as a sports phenom, or a friend of Jacko with a liberal attitude and a greedy personality...' "The greatest thing you'll ever learn

Array It depends on if he's guilty. It would probably make better sence if he stayed away from young kids or if he really wants to do something for them, maybe he could donate a few billion dollars to some poor schools in Los Angeles and see what happens. Or put some of it into a children's hospital? The octopus was a symbol of the Early Roman Empire.

Array America is the only country where a poor black man can become a rich white woman. "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. And from this side only! The flight of a half-man, half-bird. Array The saddest part is, is that he probably thinks what he is doing is okay... The guy is one card short of a full deck. Maybe more like 52 cards short of a full deck. He's a nut, plain and simple. Lock him up and throw away the key. "I may disagree with what you have to say, but I shall defend, to the death, your right to say it." -

Array Yeah, he's a few loads short of a brick. And in my opinion, abit light in the loafers.... I say firing squad. "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. And from this side only! Array If OJ got off on a murder charge, I think it's unlikely that Jackson, who is worth several hundred million dollars, will be unable to do likewise... -

Array some people are only alive because its illegal to kill them. "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. And from this side only! The flight of a half-man, half-bird. Array last time I checked it wasn't a crime to be gay. I find it offensive that a couple of you have lumped that in there as something he should be punished for. Pedophilia and homosexuality are not related.
If he has been molesting little kids, lock him up, but not because he likes men. Thats his own business and shouldn't matter to us. -

Array He's a celebrity, you can't expect for someone to spend their whole life trying to make themselves in the news for everyone to gawk at and then pick and choose what they care about. Fame is a two edged sword, and he wouldn't be the first to fall on it. -
