[CFML] Tapes of duelling

[ray and joan]

Dear CF'ers, first shipment of tapes is in the
mail.Will send a second shipment by Tuesday. Hope to
elicit comments on techniques, fighting stances, other
technical details. Cost of mailing is on front of
packages; cost of containers is on the back. I paid
all of $1.50 for the VHS's. Hate to say the mini-DV's
cost about $8.50 each but if you asked for a mini-DV,
have a new one around that you paid less for and would
rather just send me a tape instead of the money, that
is fine. I have bought them for about $4.00.Send me
the large checks at 4843 Chowan Ave, Alexandria VA
22312. Next week I will do a search of the Universal
files (they are not in the national Archives computer
system) for fencers, especially Signor Nadi, and try
to get some of them on tape. Plan to research also,
cavalrymen practising with the military saber and will
prepare tape on that subject if anyone is interested.
