Thanks D'art but I dont have a sprained ankle anymore. That was like last year. I was just curious because someone at work completely ruptured a ligament and they don't have any insurance to see a doc. -

As for the ankle, as everyone's already said, you deffinately should wrap it. When it hurts, it's healing. You might want to try some IcyHot or other sports creams on it. Definately ice it too, you don't want it to swell (as said before, hense the wrapping part). I think (and I'm not sure any more) that liagments don't heal completely because they are avascular, which means they have no blood flow.
This is assuming I know that I'm talking about. :wierdjesterface: The solution to your problem is to fence another weapon. Similar Threads -
