Array Rosie O'Donnell I can't spell that woman's name, and I can't say that everythng she says is great, but hey, don't you all feel like she should have won the case, don't you all feel like she was sort of screwed there?
Your thoughts. The octopus was a symbol of the Early Roman Empire.

Array It was a frivilous lawsuit. Both sides were trying to retalliate, not trying to collect damages. But then again, that makes up about 90+% of cases we hear about now. This whole country is going down the tubes like that, with everybody suing each other.
Besides, Rosie evidently broke her contract with the company, and tried to get too much control over the magazine. I'm with the company. "Steady as a mountain, attack like fire, still as a wood, swift as the wind. In heaven and earth I alone am to be revered." -

Array I don't think there are enough lawsuits. The era of the frivolous lawsuit went out in 1998. It just reeked of male jealousy because Rosie is so rich and wealthy and incredibly over the top in money. I wanted Rosie to win, the company has no talent, they were riding on Rosie's coat tails. The octopus was a symbol of the Early Roman Empire.

Uhhh, yeah, sure....
So if Rosie's so rich, why even sue for so much? It sounds more like a spite thing, doesn't it? And that seems almost exactly the same idea of a frivilous law suit. "Steady as a mountain, attack like fire, still as a wood, swift as the wind. In heaven and earth I alone am to be revered."
