Array If it fails the shim test, you don't need a new spring, you just need to rotate the contact spring until you pass the shim test.
If you had failed the weight test, I might of been with you on the should send you a new spring idea.
If you're going to be an epeeist, I think its really important to learn how to fix your weapons, otherwise you're going to have a lot of unnecessary red cards for failing weight and shim tests that you could of avoided with testing in between bouts and minor fixes.
You might want to make a trace of your hand and fax it in next time you order a grip to help them size you if there are problems getting the right size.

Array I'm what you might call a "plus-sized" fencer, and Physical Chess is almost the only vendor I've found where I can order larger sized uniforms. They actually had a chest protector in my size (38 DD)! I've never tried their blades, though. Array Germany Well, I can say that after my little trip to Germany, I will tell you that I will be buying Uhlmann from this point forward. The people there where extreamly nice and very helpful. My wife and I bought a few items and they gave us a tour of their facility. I had bought a jacket for my wife from Physical Chess and it looked more like a dress than a jacket. The upper portion fit, but it was a little long. Uhlmann worked with us to get her properly fit and it looks and feels great (according to her). They really do have great merchandise and back their stuff 100%. Gotta love them. Although I have never had issues with PC, their gear is just not the quality that I want. I guess you get what you pay for. Similar Threads -
