Looking for a club, or something

I read a thread in the archives that was posted back in September. It was an individual who was being sent to Okinawa, and he was looking for a club over there. I haven't found one either, and I am on my way in January. Is there any one who knows of a fencer who has gone to Okinawa lately, probably someone in the military or in a military family?

There are a lot of disadvantages to being a fencer and being sent overseas. Mainly, you can not compete. I am sure that there will be other aggrevations when I get to Japan, but that would probably be the reason that there is no club.

Regardless, I would still like to continue to practice and improve while I am out of country for the next three years, so if anyone else is in the same boat I'm in, or knows someone who is, please let me know.

I know that some of the military academies still have fencing as an intramural sport, so there must be someone who participated who has gone to the wonderful world of Okinawa Japan.
