[CFML] re: decline of fencing

A few things I've seen that help cut fencing in many areas include:
mandatory use of non-steel weapons, new anti-weapon laws, lack of decent
instructors, lack of floor space or the hassle required to get it, rise of
video games, rise of the 'watch-not-participate' sports enthusiast, and a
rise in the anti-violence mind set.
