| well there was a whole thread on the recall.
This is just a big joke...arnie...his skills, morale are questionnable.
damn, even if i was a republican i would have voted for macclintoch...
what a joke !
a few years ago, austria became the shame of the western world for electing jorg hayder, then it was france for having Lepen running against chirac in the final round....this recall is at the same level...
would you trust arnie to lead the place you live in ? he won t do miracles in terms of reducing the budget crisis since the problem is not local but global.
if you want to elect a clown, at least elect Larry Flint, his program looks more sexy...

2. He's not a politician, he's an actor playing politician.
3. Not all Austrains are Nazis.
4. I would pay to see Hitler giggling. Only if he had his Hitler-stache though... |

| My Sister-in-law who lives in CA doesn't seem to care much, but if I were living there I would think this were a huge joke on the taxpayers!
"Damn it Jim, I'm an actor not a politician!"

| You wouldn't elect him prime minister, but it's alright for him to be chief executive of a state with an economy and population bigger than Ausralia? I think you have that backwards...let him be PM of Australia first. Then, if he does a good job, let him run in California.
Arnold got elected governor...I blame the educational system for producing those voters.
Hey may be Republican, but he's sure as hell right of center.
I just have one thing to say: voodoo economics. Let's not forget, the man is a fan of Bush the First. Just because he married a Kennedy relative doesn't make him a Bostonian liberal progressive. |

| I would say the prime minister of Austria has slightly more clout in international politics than the governor of California. |

| Indeed...which is why he MAY be able to get some things done. A real Republican like McClintock would have run into the stone wall of a Democratic legislature and bureaucracy and knocked himself silly.
I guess time will tell...but the circus has not yet folded its tents. Stay tuned for much more wacky entertainment. |

maybe someday, we can go back to feudal times, and give arnold a significant portion of the money we make, and pay a tithe to the church of arnold, and the woman can be subserviant to their lords....
and i can die in childbirth at 13 after being raped repeatedly by a 40 year old. |

| Hey I say more power to him!
He seems to be the only actor/ 'celebrity' who's really in it to actually Be Gov, and not jsut say 'hey look at me I'm gov.' Though that's just form the small bit of it that I've seen. Though I think it will be good if he actually works with it and the people and works on bettering everything etc then it's good for the rest of the actors and celebs. who are truly taking it serious.

and i can die in childbirth at 13 after being raped repeatedly by a 40 year old. | You stupid fool. Arnold came to this country with nothing. Not even the ability to speak english. He worked his *** off to become Mr. Universe 3 times in a row and Mr. Olympya how many times I don't know. During this time he created a multi-million dollar mail order business. Then he multiplied his millions by investing in property. After that he worked hard and smart to become the highest paid and most internationally recognized movie star in the world.
It just shows you that whatever Arnold want he gets. The man is a genius.
Why does he want to be governer? is it for money? No. Is it for fame? No. It's for legacy! He is gonna clean up this state, Clean up all you demorats and kick the illegals in the ***. Kick their asses back to TJ.
All the wet backs are doing is undermining legal immigration efforts. Those wetbacks are cutting inline! There is no way in hell they deserve to get the right to drive legally when they aren't suppossed to be here.
As for the allegations about Arnold harassing women... It's all bs! these women loved it when he touched them! Infact I bet they begged him to touch them. Think about it. A tall, handsome, famous guy with a great body....of course the women are gonna want him! That includes you MyrddinsPrecint .
You demorats are such sore losers. |

| Well I voted. And trust me, it was hard. Here we have a Gov. who in my opnion failed. And then here we have his Lt. Gov. who also ran and I really didn't want a repeat of the previous Gov. Then the actor with no background, except for having a family with powerful political influences. Now I think about it, he does have a good business sense . A republician who could've done a desent job. But wasn't too popular to the younger crowd. And the other throw aways. Gary Coleman, the porn Star, Galigar, and the 120+ unknowns. I didn't want to throw my vote away, and I hope I / We Californians did the right thing. Well if we did,we'll soon see. |

I guess this is a new form of rhetoric... make such a bad argument that people don't know where to start tearing it down... |
