I put that I was Neutral on one of the fields, thinking that it would not score it as I had no knowledge of their return prowess. However, I then saw that it rated them as 3 stars. That ran down their score. I've edited my entries, but wanted to make you aware that at least I was confused as to that field choice of neutral.
