By the way, I did try out the video taping thing. Now, don't get me wrong. I have a really crappy camera, but it does have a tripod. It really does help. I found out I had a lot of bad habits that just didn't come across from the "inside". I was standing too straight legged; getting my feet too close together on advances; leaning forward in lunges then straightening back up, yada, yada. By using the video, I have corrected a bunch of these, at least during practice. |
