Top 3 Clubs in the States!!??!!

I am thinking about relocating to the States and would like to ask everyone: which three clubs in the States have the best foil programs? (I mean in terms of good coaching, top level fencers, training conditions, etc.) As always, your kind advice is most appreciated!!!
