Manufacturer's Stamp Q

I have two blades I bought off of my old coach. They are both stampe with a 91 and FIE, but I do not recognise what I assume to be the manufacturers stamp. it consists of a circle with a PS in it.

Could you tell me who manufactured this blade?

Looks like an old Prieur Sports blade to me. If it is, in my opinion, quite a find. I used to love those old blades. Newer stuff just doesn't seem to have the feel.

Thank you much. I enjoy both of the blades very much, and the coach gave them to me at a steal ($10). In fact, I've rewired one of them several times. Though quite honestly that says more about my wiring ability than it does of the blade, it still ha slasted quite a while, and has a great feel to it.
