Entry fee changes

I just noticed on the NJ Div USFA schedule of meets, that if a meet
requires pre-registration, it's $20 per weapon, but if you don't
pre-register (or register at the door) it's $120 per weapon. Wow, is
that an incentive fee or a typo?
